Blue Ridge Weekend: official rules

Who may enter

Anyone 18 or older who lives in the United States and runs or works a farm or a small business. People who run LedgerBarn and their households may not enter. Void where prohibited by law.

How to enter

Enter once per farm or business per calendar year, either from the Hunt & Fish tab inside a LedgerBarn site or at ledgerbarn.com/drawing, which is open to everyone. The entry period is the calendar year; entries received after December 31 go into the next year's drawing.

The prize and the drawing

One winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries in January and notified by email. The prize is a weekend (two nights) of hunting or fishing, in season, on the sponsor's farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, on dates agreed with the winner within the following year. The winner may bring one guest. Travel, licenses, and tags are the winner's responsibility; there is no cash alternative. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, or declines, another entry is drawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

The fine print

Hunting and fishing carry risk; the winner and guest will be asked to sign a release before the weekend and must follow Virginia law and the sponsor's safety rules.
