Set up your account and branding

Create your admin login on first visit, then make the app yours — your name, logo, color, and location.

1. Create your admin loginOn your very first visit you land on "Create your admin login." Enter a Username and a Password (at least 8 characters), type the password again in Confirm password, and click "Create admin & sign in."
2. Choose a real passwordPick something long that you don't use anywhere else — a short phrase beats a short complicated string.
3. Open SettingsIn the left-hand rail, go to Admin → Settings. Everything on the "Farm setup" card is yours to change anytime, and changes apply as soon as you save.
4. Name, tagline, and colorUnder Identity, fill in your farm / business name and Tagline (shown under the name). Pick a Brand color with the color swatch — it tints the header and buttons throughout the app.
5. Upload a logoUnder Logo, upload a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP (under about 300 KB). It shows centered in the header once saved. "Remove logo" takes it back off.
6. Set your locationUnder Location, enter your address and ZIP, then click "Find coordinates" to fill in Latitude and Longitude automatically. These drive the Weather page, soil conditions, sunset time, and weather alerts, so fine-tune them if your fields sit away from town.
7. Add contact infoUnder Contact, enter Phone and Public email — these show on your public-facing page.
8. Save itClick "Save farm setup." The page reloads wearing your new name, logo, and color.
9. Find things afterwardIdentity, logo, color, and location live under Admin → Settings. Payroll, employees, and the books live under Admin → Books & Payroll. Both are always in the left rail.
